The operator only needs to add the sample preservation solution to the chip, and start the machine after sealing the chip. The hands-on time is less than 1 minute. The whole process of biological reaction (including nucleic acid extraction, nucleic acid purification, amplification reaction, nucleic acid detection, result interpretation, etc.) is integrated into a microfluidic chip with an overall airtight and internal partition, which is completed by an automatic nucleic acid analyzer.
