The platform takes advantage of microfluidic technology, and it can identify suspects within 2.5 hours from reference samples, such as hair, teeth, fresh tissue, and so on.

The perfect combination of microfluidic technology and isothermal amplification technology can complete the nucleic acid detection of samples within 50 mins. It is widely used in medical diagnosis, life science, food safety, agricultural product testing, animal husbandry, aquaculture, and other fields by combining supporting detection kits.

The platform comprises three parts, chip hybridization station, slide washer and dryer, and microarray chip scanner. It can complete the chip hybridization reaction, the cleaning and drying, and the detection of the chip analysis results, providing accurate and fast results for medical testing and health care, and other fields.

It is built with a BES4000 high-throughput gene sequencer as the core, supplemented by a gene amplification instrument and other equipment. The platform can realize a complete set of functions from sample preparation, library construction, sequencing template preparation, sequencing on a sequencer, and bioinformatics analysis to interpret results automatically. Combined with clinical testing kits and automated analysis software, it is suitable for hospitals to carry out genetic testing projects independently.
