Small RNA Sequencing CapitalBio

Small RNA is a kind of non-coding RNA with the length of 18-30nt. There are wide varieties, including miRNA, piRNA, endo-siRNA and snoRNA. miRNA, the most common research subject, is mainly concentrated in 20-24nt in length, and it is widely found in animals and plants. In animals, the main function of miRNA is to inhibit the translation of mRNA after transcription. In plants, the main function of miRNA is to degrade target mRNA directly. Illumina platform was used for sequencing, and miRNA analysis was carried out for reference genome samples.
